This is Allen here with news about the things going down in the 3501 workshop! Now as I'm sure you all know, kickoff day was two days ago early in the morning. Right after the objective was announced for the 2014 FIRST Robotics Competition, our team immediately began to brainstorm ideas as to what we will be using to tackle this challenge. In the end, we have decided to prototype three different ideas. The first one is a simple catapult design as shown below. The second idea is a leg like design also shown below. The final idea was to have a slingshot, sadly there are no photographs of it at the moment. People who had designed the prototypes presented them to the whole team to get some feedback as well as answer questions. We also had a team discussion to talk about finalizing designs but not tonight. Well that covers everything that happened in the past two days! This is the way how the team needs to be leaded,When we try and do something goodly i mean when we get to learn from things and at he same time agile business does matter a lot at the same time because most of the times its about the productivity and what you learn from things.
